About Lara
Fell in love with the ocean. Never left.
I’m a National Certified Master Groomer and PADI dive instructor who traded a conventional life for one spent mostly underwater or en route to somewhere beautiful.
I live in Utila, Honduras — a small island on the Mesoamerican Reef — where I teach scuba diving, run a grooming salon on my porch, and disappear on liveaboards whenever I can.
Everything I do comes back to the same thing: genuine connection — with animals, with the ocean, with the people who find their way to this little corner of the Caribbean.
